ha ha! that is outstanding! i have another good quote to share with you from the robbins pathology book (a standard pathology book used at the majority of medical schools i know of)...
"in the life of the portly spherocyte, the spleen is the villain"
this sentence was met with incredulity by almost my entire class (i think the rest of them failed to read it as robbins can be rather dense and hard to get through so we avoid it whenever possible. inspires confidence in the physicians of tomorrow doesn't it)
